About Us
Betach LLC was established in 2018 by Ben and Heidi Parker, a husband and wife locksmith team. We handle all sorts of security needs, making us more than what many think of when they think of locksmiths. In addition to changing locks and cutting keys, we specialize in access control systems and do commercial & residential door repairs & installation and security camera systems.
Ben has over 18 years of experience working as a locksmith and security professional. He also pursued training to handle computer networking so that he can install security cameras and access control systems.
Heidi handles much of the back end of the business and finance department, bringing more than 10 years of accounting experience in addition to her locksmith training.
Together, we pride ourselves on providing quality services to our growing customer base. We strive to excel in the area of customer service as we take care of the varied security needs our customers have.
Our Service
We believe our work should always be professional and thorough. We like to view our relationship to you as one of our being your CSO (Chief Security Officer). We want to come alongside you with experience and skill to help you secure the various aspects of your life. We try to recommend solutions to you that are within your budget. We also can assess your situation and give you recommendation as to where your security can be improved (or we can tell you that extra security measures are not needed). Our desire is to work together with you. We offer free estimates in many areas.
